Volunteering at Camp Chestermere is a meaningful way to serve, build community, and be part of what God is doing through camp. Whether you’re joining for a shift or a full week, every role plays an important part in creating a safe, fun, and impactful experience for campers.

SHIFT
VOLUNTEERS

Shift Volunteers serve in specific roles on a flexible schedule, typically coming in once a week for a few hours at a time. These roles support key areas of camp, such as boating or general site tasks, and are a great fit for those looking to get involved in a manageable, consistent way.

Includes:

Boat Drivers - Minimum Age: 18

General Shift: FULL

BOAT DRIVERS

As a Boat Driver, you will work closely with the Volunteer Team Lead to ensure the safe and smooth operation of our power tubing sessions. Your primary responsibility is to operate the boat and prioritize the safety of all participants, who typically range in age from 5 to 15. You’ll play a key role in creating a fun and positive experience for campers while maintaining a high standard of safety on the water.

This position requires a minimum age of 18.
