LEADERSHIP

Reporting to the Year Round Team (YRT), our Seasonal Leadership Team (SLT) roles are the core team that prepares for summer camp and provides leadership to the staff and volunteers that make up our Summer Staff Team through July and August.

In addition to preparing for summer camp, the SLT supports Activity Day rentals for various schools throughout May and June.  â€‹

KITCHEN ROLES

Cabin Leaders are the heart of our ministry at Camp Chestermere.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to walk closely with campers, build relationships, model the love of Jesus, and create an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged.

Under the title of 'Cabin Leaders,' staff will serve across both Overnight and Daycamp programs and may rotate between them throughout the summer.

START DATE:

June 28th

Join Camp Chestermere’s 2026 Kitchen Team and help create a welcoming dining experience for campers and guests. Our kitchen team works together to serve up to 300 people every week, keeping busy kids fueled and energized. You’ll spend the summer with a tight-knit, dedicated team, and have the chance to build leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Either April 7th, May 11th, or June 28th
