Join Us for the Christian Discipleship Program
The Christian Discipleship Program (formerly known as the Christian Leadership Training and Discipleship, or CLTD, program) is a three-year program that focuses on developing Christian leaders through Biblical foundations, spiritual formation, and the discovery of identity and calling.

We believe that effective leadership begins with being a follower, as demonstrated by Jesus' disciples, who first followed Him before leading others. Our desire is to raise up Christian leaders who will make a lasting impact in their spheres of influence. We achieve this by providing life-on-life discipleship, mentorship from mature spiritual leaders, and transformative experiences that combine solid teaching with practical application.​​
​​CDP is a year round program that runs for 2 weeks (or 3 in the case of Year 3) in the summer and 2 evenings throughout the year. There will also be different challenges through the entire process to keep you growing!
Through CDP you will get to be a part of a community of people who want to grow together; you will engage in learning that has the potential to impact not only you but others too; and you will get to make life-long memories in a super fun environment.

* Please note that, starting from Summer 2025, the CDP graduation ceremony will take place in March, one of the annual connection points for the CDP program.

Submit Your Application: Please submit your application online. We’ll review it carefully, and if we feel you align well with the program's objectives, we’ll get in touch with you!
Interview Invitation: We’ll send you the interview questions ahead of time, so you have plenty of time to prepare. Then, we’ll chat with you during the interview!
Submit References: We’ll ask you to provide two references: one from your pastor or youth leader, and another personal reference from someone who knows you well.
Decision & Acceptance: After we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll make our final decision and let you know as soon as possible!
