January “Happy NEW Year” Giveaway
To celebrate the start of a new year, Camp Chestermere is offering two separate January giveaways, both with the goal of welcoming NEW campers (and celebrating our returning camp families!)
How it works:

First-time campers who register for Summer Camp during the month of January will be entered into a draw to win $100 off one week of camp.

Returning campers who refer a new camper will also be entered into a separate draw to win $100 off one week of camp, as long as they both register in January.
Important details:

Both the new camper and the returning camper must be registered for camp by January 31 to be eligible.

During registration, first-time campers will be asked to indicate that this is their first year at Camp Chestermere.

New campers may enter the first and last name of the friend who referred them in the “How did you hear about us?” section of the registration form.

Entries and prizes apply to individual campers. Families may only win one prize total.

Winners will be selected and notified during the first week of February.

Prizes will be applied as a credit toward one registered week of camp.
Free Community Events
by Hope Mission
We’re excited to share some new free opportunities happening at Camp Chestermere through a new partnership with Hope Mission, a Christian non-profit organization that supports individuals and families across Alberta through local community hubs.
Camp Chestermere is now home to one of Hope Mission’s newest hubs, and we’re grateful to begin offering these resources right here in Chestermere. All events are free and hosted at Camp Chestermere:
Community Dinner
📅 Thursday, February 13 | 4:30–6:30pm
Families and individuals of all ages are invited to join us for a free community dinner. This is a relaxed, welcoming space to share a meal and connect with others. Registration is required in advance.
Hope Closet (Free Clothing Resource)
👕 Free clothing closet for families and kids of all ages
📅 Tuesdays | 11:00am–1:00pm
By appointment only
Youth Drop-In Afternoons
🎉 Next 4 Fridays | 2:30–4:30pm (starting this week)
Open to youth in Grades 6–9 to hang out, play games and sports, and connect with others in the community. Snacks will be provided. Registration is required.
