This year’s theme, Pursuit, is all about seeking Jesus first and running the race of faith with humility and endurance. Throughout the weekend, we’ll be looking ahead - pursuing the future of camp - while also intentionally pursuing the relationships, stories, and memories that have shaped Camp Chestermere into what it is today.
Fundraiser Dinner - May 29th

Join us on May 29 for an evening of connection, celebration, and vision as we pursue the future of Camp Chestermere together.
Doors open at 5:30 PM, with the program beginning at 6:00 PM. Throughout the evening, you’ll hear updates on what God is doing at camp, be encouraged by a message from our former director Frank Littel, and have the opportunity to meet our new Executive Director, Kevin Schular, and our 2026 Leadership Team.
This dinner is more than a gathering — it’s a chance for our community and supporters to come together in shared purpose as we seek Jesus first and continue running the race set before us.
Funds raised through the evening will go toward the immediate needs of camp, including boat repairs, program materials, and staff training.
Tickets are $35 per seat or $240 per table and will be avaialble for purchase soon!
We also invite you to stay after dinner to kick off our Alumni Day with a Fireside (worship and message) at 9pm.
Childcare will be offered during dinner and fireside for those wishing to stay the night and participate in alumni day on Saturday! Must sign up in advance.
Alumni Weekend - May 29th/30th

We’re excited to invite you to our very first Alumni Weekend, a special time set aside to reconnect with the people and stories that have shaped Camp Chestermere over the years. Whether you were on staff in 2025 or 1965, or you've supported Camp C over our many years, you are part of this story, and we would love to have you join us.
The weekend begins Friday evening following the Fundraiser Dinner with a fireside at 9:00 PM. Afterward, alumni are invited to linger, gathering around the campfire to share stories, and reconnect. For those who want the full experience, you’re welcome to stay overnight at camp - just like the old days.
Saturday will be a “day in the life of camp,” filled with familiar rhythms, community, and fun:
-
9:30AM - Breakfast
-
10:30AM - Event Kickoff
-
11:00AM* - Fireside
-
12:00PM - Lunch

1:00-4:00PM* - Fun4Fun Activity Challenge
Bring a team of four and compete in a race around camp, taking on challenges across a variety of camp activities. Form a team with friends, your church, or fellow alumni - no camp experience required! This event supports our JarJar’s Kids program, helping more kids experience camp. Each team member will commit to raising a minimum of $25 in support of JarJar’s Kids. -
4:30-7:00PM - Homecoming Game & Tailgate Party
Sign up to play Annihilation, join in a soccer match, or simply come enjoy a tailgate BBQ dinner and cheer on the teams.
* Childcare will be available during marked activities for children from infant to age 10. Must sign up in advance.
You can choose to attend the parts of the day that work best for you - whether that’s just the morning, the afternoon events, the evening tailgate, or the full experience. Pricing options will reflect your selections and help cover meal costs.
