CDP Year 1 focuses on developing foundations of faith. What do we believe and why do we believe it? What is the story of the Bible and why does it matter? In this program, we will dig deep and go through the entire Bible.
The stronger the foundation, the stronger the building. There will be plenty of learning time, discussion time, one-on-one time, and opportunities to serve (including helping out around camp, setting up for meals and events, and lots of dishes!). In this, you will have the opportunity not only to learn and apply, but also bond with those who are on the journey with you.

Do you have a lot of questions about this following Jesus thing and want to know more about the Bible, knowing God and who He has made you to be, and why it all matters so much? You’ll discover this and more in CDP Year 1 as you dig deep into the things that matter most in life. You’ll spend the first week getting to know the people going on this journey with you and learning about foundational topics. During the second week you will go through the story of the Bible and understand more of God’s story and your place in it.

Throughout the year you will have opportunities to re-connect with your cohort and continue to go deeper through different challenges.

Submit Your Application: Please submit your application online. We’ll review it carefully, and if we feel you align well with the program's objectives, we’ll get in touch with you!
Interview Invitation: We’ll send you the interview questions ahead of time, so you have plenty of time to prepare. Then, we’ll chat with you during the interview!
Submit References: We’ll ask you to provide two references: one from your pastor or youth leader, and another personal reference from someone who knows you well.
Decision & Acceptance: After we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll make our final decision and let you know as soon as possible!
