Over the past several years we have successfully partnered with school bands, choirs, leadership retreats and other interest groups from the CBE, Rockyview and Catholic School District by hosting day and overnight retreats. We have entered into a master agreement with the CBE to reduce the paperwork needing to be done by CBE band and choir teachers.
With performances and festivals throughout your calendar, we have a facility that is conducive to your preparations, and a staff team that caters to your unique needs. Spaces for clinics/sectional or casual meeting are also available.
Our affordable facility is available for either day or overnight use, and is located just 10 minutes east of the city limits.
Services
Your stay would not be complete without a wide variety of delicious and nutritious food; fun meals, tempting desserts and amazing snacks, all created from scratch with love by our excellent kitchen staff--not your normal camp food!
Other options are available depending on the needs of your group. Need to balance out your stay? Add some extra activities which can include leadership development, archery, wall climbing , indoor/outdoor games, Frisbee golf, team building experiences, big screen movie viewing, karoke and more!
Price Packages
Weekend Package (based on 40 guest minimum)
Two nights accommodation, 5 meals and 2 snacks; $100/person
Weekend Extended Package
Two nights accommodation, 6 meals and 2 snacks; $110/person
Midweek Package
One night accommodation, 3 meals and one snack; $55/person
Day Use
Lunch and snack; $30/person
