CLTD Registration Process

Submission of the registration form is not a guarantee of enrollment into the CLTD Program.

We need:

• CLTD Application Form
•  3  References 
• the applicant's answers to the "Let's get to know you" section

Our CLTD Leaders will then review the application & will notify the applicant of acceptance or of non-acceptance.
