Our Over Night camps are divided into two different age groups; Ages 7-11 and Ages 11-15. This summer we are offering a Teen's Over Night camp for age 14 - 18.

Accommodations & Activities: The boys sleep 8 - 10 in each cabin (bunk bed style) with 1 - 2 cabin leaders (aged 17-24 years) and the girls sleep in what we call a triplex which houses up to 30 girls (8 - 10 in each room with 1 - 2 cabin leaders).The boys have an indoor toilet and a shower house situated behind their cabins and the girls have indoor toilets and showers within each triplex. Pumba's Store (which is the candy store) is open every afternoon for children to spend up to $3.00 per day; there are t-shirts & hoodies available for purchase on the first and last day of camp.

If your child wants to come with a friend and they would like to bunk together, on the registration form you can list the friends' name in the section: preferred roommate.We try to place campers within the same age in each cabin (preferably 1 year apart).

Medical: We have a medic on site at all times who hands out all medication. We are located minutes from the Chestermere fire hall and about 20 min from the closest hospital.  All staff go through a police check and have had some sort of first aid training.  We do not tolerate bullying at our camp and will send a child home if he/she is caught doing so.

Allergies: If your child has any medical or dietary restrictions/allergies we will try to cook accordingly for the child and can also store milk or other foods for them during their week at camp. (Please contact the office to prearrange such services).

Payment: We take payment by M/C, Visa, chq or cash.  Payment can be made in portions as long as we receive complete payment on the first day of their camp.

Cancellation: If you withdraw with sufficient notice (3-5 days before your camp date starts), you will receive a full refund, but if you wait until registration day or if your child leaves after a few days, there is no refund given. In case of early withdrawal for medical reasons, refunds will be provided on a prorated basis as reviewed by the Camp Director.
