Day Camp Packing List

Please pack the following items in a bag/back pack which includes your name & phone number clearly marked on the inside of the bag.

• Extra change of clothing
• Water repellent Sun Screen / Hat
• Jacket in case of rain or summer jacket
• Water bottle with child's name on it
• Swimsuit & towel
• Bag Lunch
• Extra pair of shoes & socks
• Mosquito repellent
• Medication

Please send medications in their original pharmacy-marked bottle with correct dosages and doctor's name included. Extra meds can be left at home if you don't want to send the entire prescription but please send the original bottle.

We will have a medic on site to administer all medication to your children.

What Not To Pack

• Personal listening devices (MP3 players, ipods, etc).
• Knives/weapons
• Portable electronic games
• Cell phones (there is a phone in the office)
